Online Buy button not working through checkout link

Hi everyone,

The purchase button in the online store isn't working for me. I've not had this issue before. The new page opens up but nothing is displayed.  This doesn't happen when purchasing directly at the online store, only when trying to purchase via the checkout link. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

PS:  I should mention that I'm in Australia, not the USA, but I keep ending up in the US community. My apologies!

I just recently started having this issue as well (I am in the USA). This makes it hard to get sales when your links aren't working. Can anyone please advise on how to fix this problem? Thank you!

Hi Kelly,

I no longer use the checkout links but rather, I use Bitly links. This circumnavigates the issue really well.  I hope this helps.
