I tried going to my gift cards page on my website to copy the link so I could do a gift card promo on Facebook and provide customers with a direct link to the gift cards page and a grey screen with a pop up “download” button comes up. Why is this? I’ve tried changing settings in the gift cards settings and can not get it to work. It was earlier and then all the sudden it stopped.
