I need help urgently

I have call 3x but my website is saying it’s not secure. Some people can reach it but most can not. I can’t even get on from my laptop, I get a warning that the site is not trusted. Please help!!!

As we don't have all the details, contacting Support is probably your best option as they can look at your settings.  If you're just using the free online site (a Square Subdomain), your SSL is automatically enabled.   If you transferred a Domain, there a few steps that have to be taken.  Please understand that the volunteer community members here do not have the same access capabilities as Tech or Customer Support, we cannot look at how someone has setup their account.   Maybe with more info about your site, someone here may be able to suggest something, else Support is your best option.

Thank you, I did transfer my site it’s www.glam2themaxnails.com but I’m not sure what else to do are they open on Saturdays?

Hi @Glam2themax1, thanks for posting on the Community 🙂.

I can see that your website is now mark as secured. Connecting a domain can take 24 to 48h to populate - which means that it would still show as not secured right after you've connected the domain.
