Hello all! I hope I can explain this clearly - but we have an event coming up and have been selling the tickets via Square Online. We aren't sending out any physical tickets and are just asking the purchasers to show their digital receipt on their phones at the door. I'd like to export a list of all of the names of the people who purchased the tickets online (so we can check them off as they arrive). I've gotten close by going to Square Online, then All Orders, then Export - but the only option says "Download an export of your current view." So after doing this I'll get a report with about 30 rows of information, but I'd like to see ALL of the purchases. Not just a few. Is there a way to export all of the info for online sales for a single item?
And side note: I'd love to be able to see the amount of fees Square is taking for each purchase and total them all up in a simple way. Thank you!!
Hi, sadmonkeytx,
You should be able to accomplish all of this in a Transactions export.
1. View Transactions in your dashboard
2. Filter by date range of when you started selling this event through today for instance
3. Choose Item from the drop down of the variable filter and enter the item name (or part of it)
4. Choose Export dropdown and Select Transactions and click Generate
5. Download and open this report in excel or google sheets
6. View all of the transactions where that item was sold including the details of Customer Name and the square fees for each.
Hope this helps!

@BofBArtStudio you're a genius! The "Transactions" report is exactly what I needed. It had the customer names AND the fees. Thank you for taking the time to respond! I really appreciate it. I was too focused on the "Square Online" side of things and didn't even think about the transactions section in the main dashboard. Thanks again!
