How do you show availability for custom orders?

I have an order inquiry form for my bakery, but the date picker won't allow me to block off dates (I'm booked or out of town / I don't want to accept orders within 2 weeks of form submission date). I know there's the option for Appointments, but from a customer standpoint, it wouldn't make sense to make an 'appointment' and then have to fill out an order form. In a perfect world, it would integrate with Square Appointments for the date picker. 

I used jotform for awhile, but didn't love that platform.

What's the workaround for this? Is there another app I could use on my square site?

Before we proceed, I'd like to confirm that I understand your current setup correctly.

Have you configured your order inquiry form using the Contact Form with Square Online? Additionally, could you provide insight into how your customers are presently placing orders, and what fulfillment methods are currently available for your orders?
