We use square retail POS and square handhelds at multiple locations. My team employees need to have access to transactions, but when they access the Transaction screen on the handheld, they also have the option to Instantly Transfer credit card transactions. Granted this still goes to my account, but at 1.5% additional fees. Is there a permission set to limit access to the Instant Transfer option?

Hi @NobleMeats1! There is an option to limit access to instant transfer, and here's how you do it:
You can also disable the option for Instant Transfer entirely, though this has to be done on each device that you use with Square. To do this, open the Square app and go to Settings > Account > Transfers. Disable the option for instant transfers there.
However, I highly recommend updating the permissions because disabling instant transfers still lets employees view your deposit history, which I consider confidential information (but your business may be different).
