Hello! It would be great is Square developed the Abandoned Cart tool to include more details on the follow:
WHO abandoned (their email, name when they entered their information)
WHEN (when they did they visit? what time? date?)
WHAT (what items were in their cart at the time of abandonment?}
It would also be great to see if they visited the website again and to view if their cart has been adjusted since they last abandoned it.
I find having these insights help even greater in recovering that sale than having a automated system send out emails every XX hours, it seems very impersonal.
