Anyone else experiencing an issue with editing the DNS records on the weebly website? I am so frustrated right now. I have been communicating with support for over a month now to try and fix the issue, they don't seem to know what it is going on.
I need to be able to edit the DNS records on my domain in order to use my domain for email.
I have been on multiple chats and calls with support claiming they are fixing the issue and that it will start working within 24 hours but never does. I have also attempted several emails to support but never respond.
If anyone has any idea on how to fix the ability to edit the DNS records on Weebly i would greatly appreciate it. I can attempt to make changes to the DNS records but they never save.

Hi @Root58 !
I understand your frustration with DNS record editing issues and the ongoing support challenges. Since Weebly is now part of Square, these DNS management issues need to be handled through Square's domain management system.
I hope this helps.

@Root58 Welcome to the community. Here is a youtube video explaining how to do it. The video is 3 years old and I think Square has taken over weebly in that time so it might be relevant. Anyway, I hope this will solve your problem.
