Categories are hidden from all sites (but I didn't do that)
I'm rocking along and have a storefront that shows different categories. I thought I'd further categorize by creating top level (parent) categories. For example, where I used to have Earrings and Necklaces, I added Jewelry and made it the parent for the first two. While working on that, I noticed that all my categories are "hidden from all sites." I have no idea where this came from or how it happened. Now my categories don't show up on my online store (www.inspiredchaossc.com) or on my social media shops.

Hi there @ClaytonKing. Actually, you probably did do this but just didn’t realize it. When you create categories, there is a “Channel Visibility” section. Here you can toggle on or off visibility on your website as well as any social media channels you’ve enabled in Square. To fix this, go back to your category list. Click the select box next to the ones you want to be visible on your website, then click the Actions button at the bottom and select Add to Channels. Toggle your website on, as any other channels that apply to your business. Then click Save. It will take a while but eventually your categories will appear on your website.
In the future, as you are adding new categories, just be sure that you have your website toggled on as visible for the appropriate categories.
