I am trying to set up shipping and when I go to settings and then shipping it asks for my business/ company name and address. It will let me type in the address, but the box to add the business name is dull and won’t let me click in it to add my business name which in turn won’t let me save the information to set up shipping.
Or if I go to settings>general>store info it’s opposite I can enter the name and email, but not my address. Please help with this Ive been trying to fix it all day and I’m just frustrated at this point.

When I go to Settings > General on your Square Online overview page and click on "Edit" for your Store Information, the Company Name field becomes editable for me like the rest of the address. Do you see that if you follow the same steps?
when I follow those steps I am able to edit the company name, but I can’t add the address and it won’t let me save the name without an address
Ok. If you haven't yet, can you contact our support team so they can take a look? They might be able to try adding it for you.
What was the solution to this issue? I’m going through the exact same thing right now.
