Can anyone please help? I am unable to get my items to show in their respective Catagories.

As the title suggests i can not get my items to show in their respective catagories. Such as Earrings, Bracelets etc. 

On the Square site I have them in the following
Items & Inventory > Items > Catagories 

The catagories are as shown below

As you can see i have a pair of earrings in the earring catagory on square but when i go to my website they only show up in the "shop all" option.

And even in the website editor when i try to add an item to the earings page it redirects me back to the Square site to my items library. 
The earrings are listed there as such

Clearly listed in the Earrings catagory... the amount i have in stock... and the price... the buy link as well.

i even checked to make sure it says visable

hallelujah!!!!!!!

FINALLY its been fixed....!!!!
they had to "double" the categories.... for some reason ...1 as a hidden version and 1 visable THEN it accepted adding items into the proper categories!!!

 

now to take a bout a billion photos of products and add them to the site and launch on the 6th as planned!

 

Thank you to @Lovewell @TheRealChipA and most of all to the Square uberadvanced team that I was escallated to to that took the time ... went through all my frustrations and worries and finally found a solution that works!

It seems from @Beadalot's latest post here that maybe support thinks it will be fixed after another sync.  I'm replying just to be on the notification list to see if that is true.  Oh and everyone remember that tomorrow and Sunday this Community will be down for overhaul.  So if we don't get this resolved today, we can't continue until Monday.

Slight update .... on with tech support now

it might be a weebly issue cause when i am on the square online site and click on the earrings catagory to add the item there i get the error  "Something went wrong. Please try again.".... and it goes in a loop everytime i try to save it.

this was their conclusion

Our advanced support team has now validated the address and initiated a reindex/resync. That can take up to 2 hours to complete, after that your live site will align with your Online and Main Dashboard settings.""

 

so ill check back in 2 hours

it still did not help. now i have to wait 24 hours cause what ever they did screwed up the sync and i had to recreate the item in my inventory and re add it to the shop. so annoying its almost annoying enough for me to say screw it and get my own hosting and domain and start from scratch.

No this issue was not solved infact it got worse *shakes head*
I completely had to delete my item... not once... not twice... but 3 times while with tech support and redo it before they escallated it to the 24 window to 'wait to do anything else'..... waited and still no email from the engineers so i aassumed it was fixed as a website with literally 1 item shouldnt take THAT long to reindex....... 
this morning i was like ok lets see what we got.... still same item was glitched out even more so... the buy page wouldnt load at all.
so once again i deleted the item and started from scratch.... then i noticed the page itself was having issues so said screw it deleted the ENTIRE site as even the index of catagories where like double and trippling themselves on the site itself not in the actual weebly catalog so i was like ok time to scrap and start anew

readded my earrings... and even uploaded a 2nd justttttt incase the 1st is like a cursed item or something.... who knows with webgrimlins ya know?
same crap different day and same bug 
got on to tech support again.... now i am told to unpublish the site completely while the engineers try and figure out what the issue/deal is.... and what ghosts in the machine have run havoc on (insert explitive here) 
yes i just manually bleeped myself .... i have to have someeeeee fun when i am this frustrated.... i was hoping to launch my site for sale by the 6th but with the techs telling me there is absolutely no ETA on when this will be fixed i am already thinking i may have to just bite the bullet and buy my own domain and webhosting and do my own site outside of square.

Now its a endless loop.
calling does nothing now it forces the use of the chat texting help feature which does nothing to help the situation it just either makes the situation worse by adding the "text us" feature to my site which i dont want.... or crashes the buy pages for the items. i am beyond frustrated!!!!
