My website should be able to receive online orders ONLY when my store is open. I continue to receive orders outside of normal business hours, so I have to contact my customers at my inconvenience and refund them (hope they aren’t upset and standing at the door) and then eat the processing charge which I still have to pay for. We did almost $500,000 in sales last year and are looking to triple that this year with 2 more locations. If this doesn’t get fixed immediately I will have to switch companies. I don’t have time to toggle on and off ordering every day and night.
