I had a customer ask me to add an item to an order she had just placed and completed on my online store. She texted me and asked if I could add the item to her order on the back end using her card she already has on file and used to pay for this order.
I could not find a way to do that and the chat support Live person said it was not an available feature. This would be a very helpful feature.
