Hi again @Actin_ca. Sorry to hear you're experiencing trouble with your Square Online site! You can describe the issue you're experiencing in this thread if you like.

I see you're also a member of the Beta Community so if you're participating in a Beta here's how to report bugs to that team:

1. Sign in to the Beta Seller Community (or, if you're already signed in, click Beta Dashboard at the top if the screen ).
2. Click File a Bug > then click Square Online Bugs.
3. Click Submit a request > enter the details and click Post.
