Hi, I run a small store for my local Cub Scouts pack. I ran into a problem where many items in our free Weebly online store through Square were showing as "unavailable" even though the items were visible and had inventory (I don't even have track inventory turned on). I read in a different thread there is a limit of items allowed on a free plan, so I upgraded to the Weebly Professional Plan. After the upgrade and more tinkering, all my items showed up correctly to allow the user to "add to cart". However, I re-read the Weebly plan descriptions and it says that even free plans allow for unlimited items. The $156 annual charge is steep for us (that is A LOT of popcorn to sell). My question: should I have been able to sell about 50 items through the free plan? If yes, I will request a refund. Here is my site: https://cub-scout-pack-99.square.site/

There isn't an item limit with Square's free Online Store. With Weebly's classic site (not powered by Square). you're limited to zero for free, 10 for starter, 25 for Pro, and unlimited for business/business Plus.
If you'd like to downgrade and get refunded, reach out to CS for assistance.
As for your Items showing unavailable, Check out Valentina's post on this thread. @CubScoutPack99

Thank you for the clarification. I misunderstood the item limitations that only apply to Weebly sites that are not through Square. I requested a refund.
