I was contacted by a customer who tried to place an order, but checkout got hung up at the asking for email part of the checkout... is this something that happens when one is using a cell phone shopping online?

No, she had no screenshot available...so when she called me, I went to look and could not see anything....but later she went back to order on the computer and it went thru....so I am wondering If I should make a post about trying to order by phone.
Has any other customer reported this? It might have just been that it was an isolated issue with the device or browser they were using. Let me know, thank you!
Not that I'm aware of....I know on some sites I try to order by phone and mine wont go thru either.
