Facebook Feed image link is broken/pulling from wrong URL

I am trying to link my shop to Meta/Facebook and the images are showing on the square side of things but when I check in commerce manager the image links are from my square.site URL instead of the URL I purchased and connected to my site. The images do not redirect so they 404 as a result. My website is gingerandsage.ca but the image URL is gingerandsagehandmadebyjaime.square.site. If I change the URL to gingerandsage.ca/IMAGESLUG it works.

 

Any idea how to fix?

I am sorry to hear about your troubles integrating with Meta/Facebook. Have you tried unlinking and linking your website once again? To be honest, It's a bit difficult for us to be able to troubleshoot integrations because we have no way to actually see beyond the connection status (if it's linked to your account or not)  But hopefully, if this suggestion doesn't help then Meta's Business support will be able to offer a bit of insight if you reach out to them.
