Automated custom out-of-office messages!

Hello,

My team and I love Square Messages, however we would like the ability to customize an automated out-of-office message for after hours to allow us a break. Messages come through at all hours and we feel it is necessary to respond. The Do Not Disturb feature only directs customers to contact the business line. I would like something that says something like "Thank you for reaching out about our services. You have contacted us after hours, we will respond to your message within 24 hours"

I love this. It gives us more control over our message and makes us look more professional in this world of 24-hour communication.

This would be super helpful for people who think because they got a reply at 1:30am it means I’m available.. when it’s an automated message that says “Thank you for calling [business name]. How can we help? We'll get back to you as soon as we can.” Or at least give us the option to edit that message to say “Thank you for calling [business name]. We are currently closed or with a client and will respond during regular business hours.”
