Square charging for canceled subscriptions

I tried the square text marketing and it was only suppose to be $10/month +each text fee. It sent out zero text but charged me $20. Twice the price. Since I canceled the marketing subscription in the beginning of October. So why did square charge me $20 again for November marketing when it's been canceled and shows it's canceled! And still hadn't sent any text messages out for marketing. And I can't even call customer service to find out.

Hey @AmberFry.  You can call customer service using one of the contact methods here.  If you were trying to reach them over the weekend, they have limited support, but you should reach a person today. Ultimately, they will have to look at your account and determine what is going on so that they can correct the issue.

Was my post helpful? Take a moment to mark it as a possible "best answer." I hate the term, and wish we could just mark posts as "helpful." But this is our only mechanism at the moment. Just remember "Best answer" should be interpreted as "helpful," and nothing more. LOL. "Best" (ugh) answers help folks possibly find solutions to similar problems they are hoping to solve.
