Hi,
just got an email to say that the automatic follow up to ask for a review email from square online to customers who have purchased online has moved to square marketing.
That’s all fine for items we sell - I know how to set that up.
However; we have a big mix of other things people purchase or book online - some of which aren’t things at all, but events sold through Square Online, and Classes and Services sold through Square Appointments and paid for fully on booking.
1. is it possible to send review requests for things booked through the appointments system? If not, will this be available any time soon?
2. Is it possible to have emails for events go out automatically AFTER the event date rather than after the ticket purchase?
3. If not, is it or will it be possible to have more than one automated review email pathway with different trigger time periods so that I could work around that so emails can go out after events?

Great ideas. I know there is a third-party plugin to solicit Google Reviews after an appointment. However, it would be great to see the automations you mentioned.
This has been a request for a while.
I was looking at Dashboard -> Appointments -> Settings -> Communication Settings
I see Custom Notifications settings for:
- New Appointments
- Confirmations & Reminders
- Reminder
- Appointment Changes
- Appointment Cancellations
I don't see anything for post-appointment. I was thinking to include a link to a Google Form or something.
I would really like to get feedback on my Service Providers.
I wonder if @JessPoynter @Doran @EcoAutoClean or @Bronze_Palms have a solution.
Oh yes, that could be good work around if it was possible to have an automated email sent through the appointment communication system itself; that we could edit to include ‘book your next appointment here’ and ‘leave us your feedback’ even if it didn’t go through marketing
