Square Marketing Charge

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: Charge to my bank account

Five years ago I purchased a mobile, square reader I tried using it a couple of times, but immediately move to another product or software to do business with. so I have not use that square reader for about five years however, today I get a charge of $30 in my banking account for a Square marketing which is very confusing so I’m not disputing that through my bank.

Hello @StarCityPainter !

Interesting that you saw a charge for marketing 5 years after the fact!

What I would recommend doing is logging into your account on the dashboard (your email and password should still be good), then head to Account & Settings -> Pricing and Subscriptions. There you'll see a list of anything that could possibly be pulling from your bank, and you can cancel any services there.

Hope this helps!

Hi @StarCityPainter, welcome to the Square Community!

As @ryanwanner mentions, double-checking your Pricing and Subscriptions section is a great first step. Depending on what you find there, feel free to contact our Customer Success teams as well who can look into this further for you, if you would like.
