Customized triggers for workflow automation and marketing linked to services.

I would love to see square marketing offer customized triggers for automated workflows. It appears we can only use pre - set triggers. For example, Service X has been completed -> delay 2 weeks -> Send customized email or text. I specialize in bridal alteration services and currently there is no automation or third-party app I can even use to do this from what I've researched. This would save a ton of time as well as boost google reviews.

Totally agree with this.  All marketing automations need to give us the flexibility to define the triggers because the preset ones do not work for all of us.

It would be really essential to have this feature added. For example, for the lapsed booker automation, the time frame is set to 3 months. Every business deals with different time frames when to consider a customer as "lapsed" - the standard 3 months is not useful!

Specifically, I need the ability to automate a welcome email when a new email subscriber is added to the Directory (either directly or via the Square signup page).  Right now, it will only send when someone buys something and that's not soon enough.

@JWHandmade That's a very good idea.  However, please don't hijack the feature requests of others.  You can create your own new feature request here.  That keeps things clean and easy to follow.  Also, if you have your own feature request, it's more likely to be seen and get attention rather than getting lost as "just" a comment to someone else's feature request.  If I see a new one pop up from you with this, I'll definitely upvote it as there is a lot of merit in it.  But, as it stands, I can't upvote anything because it is just a comment.
