loyalty points redemption not working properly
We are signed up for the tiered loyalty program. The way it works is highlighted below:
1. Spend a Min of $100 in Category A -> Earn 10 points
2. Earn at a Min of 50 points -> Redeem for $20 Off
3. Earn at a Min of 75 points -> Redeem for $50 Off
4. Earn at a Min of 100 points -> Redeem for $100 Off
The problem is that when a customer redeems their points, the system will only allow up to 100% of one "ITEM".
The ITEMs that we sell are sold by a "unit" and that "unit" value is only $12.
If a customer buys 10 units (valued at $12/unit) for a total of $120, the loyalty program only discounts $12 max (instead of $100). We end up having to manually discount the remainder of the balance and this is very frustrating and confusing for our customers.
This needs to be fixed please!

Hi @m2lumber. In your “Redeeming Rewards” section, how do you have your rewards set up? Specifically, what is the reward type you have chosen for those three rewards you mentioned?

Was my post helpful? Take a moment to mark it as a possible "best answer." I hate the term, and wish we could just mark posts as "helpful." But this is our only mechanism at the moment. Just remember "Best answer" should be interpreted as "helpful," and nothing more. LOL. "Best" (ugh) answers help folks possibly find solutions to similar problems they are hoping to solve.
