I am looking to offer a promo code for loyalty members only.
Example: 25% off food only for month of Feb. Must be loyalty member to redeem offer. One time use per loyalty member.
I'd like to send out an email with a promo code (ideally custom promo code per person - doesn't need to be using Square email) and have the server at the restaurant enter the code or apply it via customer/loyalty. Any thoughts on how to make this work?
@5iveSpice We use square loyalty and marketing and within that we are able to generate and send an email with different promo codes to each of our email subscribers which for us is someone who has signed up for the loyalty system previously.
Thanks - with that, do you apply the "reward" in the POS?
My issue is, I only want it to apply to food, not drinks. There's an "automatic discount" option that automatically applies to all items/categories I list, but nothing where the server can manually enter a code or apply a discount that will only work for food.
