Hi @dylrich20. While you can manually enroll customers in your loyalty program from the dashboard customer directory, there is currently no bulk import function to add new loyalty customers. At this time, you would have to review your new signups and, for those that opt in to loyalty, manually enroll them one at a time using the process outlined in this Loyalty FAQ document.
To enroll your customers from your Customer Directory:
- Go to Customers from your online Square Dashboard or Square app.
- Select or create a customer profile.
- Under the “Loyalty” section, select Create Account.
- Enter the customer’s mobile phone number > select Save.
Lastly, if you feel strongly about having this as a new Loyalty Program feature, head on over to the Ideate Board and submit a feature request to the Square Loyalty Team.
