We are only online and I'm trying to remove my home address from the invoices. I managed to remove it from the receipts but as for under "Email & text alerts" online they are still showing my home address & phone number and I need to hide it. I've tried changing to a "mobile location" as shown in older threads but that did not work either.
@CreationDub According to this Square Help article on invoice and receipt customization, you can not currently customize the address on invoices — https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5424-customize-digital-receipts-and-invoices
It seems that invoices will always display the address shown for your location in Account & Settings. The only option I see is for you to submit a feature request to Square here — https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Feature-Requests/ct-p/Beta-Feature-Requests
Unfortunately, that doesn’t help your immediate problem. I’d offer (though it will cost a little) that you could obtain a PO Box for your business mail, then change the address for that location. I’m always looking for workarounds for people, and this one has me stuck. Sorry!
