I have gone into the Square dashboard and unchecked "cash app" and it still defaults to that checked box. I only want customers to be able to use ACH or credit card and NOTHING else and yet you cannot automatically have those 2 options checked? I have gone in to the settings, unchecked the "cash app" box, it shows it as unchecked if I log out of the site, refresh my browser and log back in on a clean browser and while it shows it as unchecked in my settings, I can complete an invoice and it is checked for the customer to use. I ONLY WANT ACH and Credit card options. Nothing else. Why does it not remove the cash app as an option from my payment choices for customers? I don't want to have to check and uncheck every box for an invoice for customers. it should have a setting that I prefer and leave it at that.
Hi @CoverOne if you go to Dashboard > Invoices > Settings > Invoices you can edit your template if you haven't created one already. This template will allow you to choose defaults including cash, cash app, etc.

That was it! Thank you! All of the last few months since they added t hat Cash App to the choices and for whatever reason, it removed my ACH check mark and auto filled the Cash App.
