No open invoices, but my inventory is showing 0

Although I do not have any open invoices, an enormous amount of my inventory is showing 0 inventory and 0 to sell.  When I look further it says that it is being held because it is  committed for open invoices.  And for the items, the entire stock is being held, not just a few of them.  But when I look at stock detail, it shows none are actually committed. Pictures below for help. Any thoughts?

@Ryan_M @PvnNpt I'm having the same issue, I have Beer stock that is saying it's committed to an open ticket that doesn't exist in my POS. There's no way for me to release that stock back into the system. I've tried turning off tracking and turning it back on again. Adjusting the inventory to 0 and back again. Nothing is working. I don't want to go to the extreme step of deleting the item entirely and recreating it. Please help.

I am having same issue. Says there is stock committed to open invoices...but the invoices are not open, I have none!

Hi there again, @PvnNpt @PizzaDive @ebikenh  - I appreciate your patience here while awaiting my response 🙏

 

I was able to get in touch with one of the Inventory Team's engineers and here's what they said, "We currently have a backfill process in place after which those numbers should be back to normal.  But we are exploring some options to address this issue faster."

 

With that being said, this issue is on our engineering team's radar and they are currently working on addressing this issue. I will report back if I get word of this being resolved!

Hello, my issue has not been fixed. My inventory is still showing as committed. I use Square for Restaurants and can provide screenshots of the issue I'm having.
