I was very impressed when setting up and sending my first contract through Square tonight.
Until I found out they can be publicly accessible and searchable on Google?
I have a minor issue with automatic verbiage on my contract and I Googled it to see if there was a way to change it...
That's when I was shocked to find that I could find other people's contracts, displaying all the personal ID information and sign-able by me? Is it just a setting that these users have forgotten to set, or a shocking privacy failure on Square's part?
Here are a couple of publicly available contracts on Google one of which I could sign right now if I wanted to be a bad person - how would this be legally binding?

These contracts are not intended to be public as far as I am aware. Curious how you went about finding them, was it through image search or something particular with a string of words?
@Summer2024 something to look into?
