Confused can’t get help!

I was a part of a group and now I’m not. And no one notified me and it cost me $$. How do I contact a manager from Beta?

@Becca1 More information would be helpful.  What beta test were you a part of that you think you aren't a part of, now?  As for contacting a beta manager, the Square beta program has gone through a lot of changes recently, and has mostly been absorbed back into the product development teams.  So, knowing which beta is critical to knowing where to direct you.  I will, however, tag @nika to chime in.

I'll mention that I'd be curious to know how a beta cost you money.  Hopefully, you didn't build business procedures on beta functionality because that is never a good idea.  There is no guarantee that something being beta tested will survive, so we should not count on beta features until they are rolled out.  I've seen more than a few beta features (Square and others) be pulled back, so it's always wise to be cautious.
