Unfortunately, it is not possible to import Wix Booking directly to Square Appointments. These are two separate platforms with their own database and system architecture.

However, you may be able to manually transfer your booking data from Wix Booking to Square Appointments by exporting the data from Wix Booking in a CSV or Excel format, and then importing it into Square Appointments.

Here are the general steps to export data from Wix Booking and import it into Square Appointments:

  1. Export your booking data from Wix Booking in a CSV or Excel format.
  2. Log in to your Square Appointments account and go to the "Customers" section.
  3. Click on "Import Customers" and choose the CSV or Excel file you exported from Wix Booking.
  4. Map the fields in your Wix Booking file to the corresponding fields in Square Appointments.
  5. Review the data and make sure everything looks correct.
  6. Click "Import" to import the data into Square Appointments.

Note that depending on the complexity of your booking data and the customization of your booking forms in Wix Booking, some data may not be able to be transferred over. It is recommended to test this process on a small sample of data first before attempting to import all of your data Berkshire Tree Removal

@johnpeter when you say "Import Customers" are we just able to import the list of customers or does this also include the services they have booked. The only reason I haven't migrated to square appointments yet is I don't know how to import exisitng bookings from current booking system.
