Editing a transaction

I am in need of help because one of my employees cashed out another employees customer under the wrong name. How do I go about fixing this after the transaction has already been paid and completed

@DanasBarberShop You cannot edit a transaction, you can refund and re-ring the transaction, especially if it was a cash transaction. But to protect the integrity of the point of sale, you can't edit records such as transactions. Was there commission involved?
