Permanent Jewelry as a appointments group

Permanent jewelry is a growing industry. I am a silversmith and metal clay artist, and I purchased a welder for my bench practice. I now need to use the appointments part of Square. Our needs are unique, because we often need a one-day pop-up appointment schedule, so the month calendar isn't that useful. 

Would there be a way to just post a one day appointment schedule for us permanent jewelry artists?

PS: If we could also add the ability to have the person booking pay a booking fee and fill out a permission form, that would be AMAZING!!

If you are doing a pop up for a day, they would select time slots on that specified date. Set the service to pay upon booking and set it as deposit. You can also set up a contract as your permission form that is emailed to them after they book.
