I noticed the Premium Pricing tier for Square Appointments now includes a waitlist - could someone share their experience with this feature? This is something I desperately need in my business, but I want to make sure it's a functional feature before paying significantly more than what I need. Thanks!

Hi @ASPettus I don't use that particular feature - but have multiple staff members conducting appointments so we are using the premium tier and are very happy with it in general. I could definitely argue that a waitlist feature would be exciting because we do see a lot of cancellations/reschedules - I'm curious and may have some of my team try that out. Thanks for the push to investigate!
