Did you connect device to the internet through your Wifi?
If device has no power how are you adding Items to a cart to check out that the sale is not going through?
Your Device is Connected to what? The electrical outlet? The Internet? The reader is connected to your phone? What Device is connected to What? A complete sentence of what device, is connected to what, and which devices you have would give us non mindreaders a better understanding of what your situation is to be able to assist you more.
