When a client books an appointment, they must select a service description. Last week ( 3-15-24) the descriptions disappeared from my appointment page on my Square Register. It now only says 1 Service. People still are able to select the service, I just cannot see it. If I click the appointment and go to the client, it will show me the selected service - but it used to be directly under the appointment on the calendar . Has anyone else had this happen ? How do I fix it ? Has Square changed the layout for the appointment listings ? I need to know at a glance what is coming in ....not clicking through a bunch of steps !! Halp !!

It's a bit difficult to pinpoint what may be happening without looking at your account with you, which we aren't able to do via the Seller Community. For this type of issue, I suggest that you get in touch with the Square Appointments Support Team. They will be able to impersonate your account to see exactly what you're seeing on your Square Register.

_Violet , I am still waiting for the Tech support to help me. They can't figure it out. AM I THE ONLY ONE with this problem ? On some devices it shows the information..but NOT on my Square Register !!
