Feedback on Square Booking System Improvements

I’ve been a long-time user of Square and really enjoy how convenient the booking system is for both me and my clients. However, I believe a couple of key features could make the platform even better and more efficient for businesses like mine:

1. Mandatory Appointment Notes:

It would be incredibly helpful to have the option to make appointment notes mandatory. This feature would ensure that clients provide all the necessary information during the booking process, saving time and avoiding follow-ups.

2. Custom Checkboxes:

Adding the ability to include custom checkboxes with specific questions for clients to confirm before completing their booking (e.g., “I am 18 years or older”) would be a valuable addition. These checkboxes would help ensure compliance with policies and make the booking process more streamlined.

These features are crucial for my workflow, and their implementation would truly enhance the user experience for both businesses and clients. I really hope you consider adding them in future updates.
