Different Service Price Based on Barber's Level Of Experience

I own a barbershop with a team of barbers at varying experience levels, and we aim to implement a pricing structure that reflects those levels. I’ve identified software that could seamlessly meet our needs, but we would prefer not to switch to a different platform. I explored using service variations as a workaround, but it proved challenging for our customers to navigate and overly time-consuming for us to manage and update.
