My services have changed and clients keep “rebooking” the service I don’t offer anymore, how can I delete that from their history so they cannot continue to re-book that service I don’t offer anymore?

How are your clients booking? Are they using your regular booking site, or are they logging in to their profile within your booking site?
We use Square Appointments in our barber shop, and logging into my own profile, I can see old services (we've renamed over the years), but when I click 'View Details' and the 'Book Another' button, it just takes me back to our regular booking page with our current service list.
Have you double checked to make sure you don't have old services showing on your booking site still?

The other thing I'll mention too, is we've noticed when you change services in Square, it doesn't apply to customers who have future / recurring appointments — so also just make sure any future bookings are updated to the latest services (this is where they might be coming from for you?)
