Is there a way to make my square appointments site invisible to google search? I had Acuity Scheduling previously and there was a feature that allowed my scheduling site to not pop up on google searches. I would send clients the link to the scheduler instead. I have a large group of private clients that like to schedule regularly online. But I do NOT want people just searching online and being able to access my schedule.
Hi @runner45,
If you're using Square Online with the Appointments booking section, you can create a page specifically for your Appointments, and then just make sure you remove it / don't add it into your menus. This will then hidden on your Square Online site, so you just find the link of the page manually and then use this to send it to your customers. Typically it's link is: yourwebsite.com/s/appointments
Then in your Square Online dashboard, go to 'Website' > 'SEO' and towards the top of the page change the 'Search engine visibility' to 'Hidden from search engine results'. This may take a few days / weeks for Google to pick up on it, but this should then stop everything from appearing in Google. Alternatively, if you still want to use your main Square Online site in search, you could leave this on and hopefully Google just can't see the appointments page because it's not in your menu anywhere (I've seen other businesses use it like this).
