Creating an appointment

Hi,  We are new to Square with our Handyman business. I can create an appointment in the calendar from the desktop computer, but not from the iphone or ipad. Does anyone know why? I am having a few challenges with setting everything up.

Another question- with the "locations" for some reason there are 2 locations- one with a nickname and one without. I thought I made a mistake so I deactivated one- so my husband does not have to choose in the field when he is taking a payment- but they both deactivated. We only have one location- so we do not need to have two on the dashboard. Can anyone help me with this?

Hey there @Willowjack207 and welcome to the Seller Community. In order to make sure that your location (the one you wish to use) is activated I will recommend reaching out to our Support Team. They will be able to get your location up and running and assist with transferring you to our Appointments team so they can double-check why your iPad isn't letting you create appointments.
