Card on file
I’m new here and trying to figure out if this system will work for me. Am I able to require a client to save their card on file when they book online?

Hello Cmtmelissa209,
Because "you must have written authorization from your customer to save their payment card", I don't believe there's an option or feature to make it a requirement. Perhaps some other Community members have some thoughts.

Just found what I was looking for, there is an option that says “Hold card for no show protection” but they have to input the card each time

Evidently they changed things and now you have to print a file, get it signed and re-digitize it back to the account. In my book, that is not functional. But you might be glad that it isn't functional yet because *look out for their rates!* They will charge you 3.5% + $15 dollars or 2.9 + $30 per transaction for this feature!!!!!!! Not even joking. Lawsuit anyone?
