We had a customer today who wanted to buy something and signed up for our newsletter to receive the 10% discount, but never received a code. I can see where she signed up for our newsletter. I even did a test with an old email of mine that I've never used on the website, and I see it's been saved, but I never received the code. Obviously there's a missing link since when I go into the marketing section, the summary, email, automated, mailing list, and segments tabs are
all giving ERROR 404. How do I fix this?

Discount features are limiting. It can't handle multiple promotions. For example, if I have an item at 30% and want to bundle the item and offer a second promotion BOGO at Buy 2 get 1 at 50% off, the BOGO deal will not override the single item 30% off.
Discount features are limiting? that's an understatement 😂 What about wanting to offer 10% off on one particular product? Square only calculates the 10% off on the first of said discounted products. So if the customer buys 3 of that product, two are charged at full price. A feature request to fix that was made in 2024!!! - the whole square discount philosophy is deeply flawed, as if its designed by IT folks who never see daylight
