POS Entry for Attribute - I love this!

I love the entry point on the POS for items to add an attribute.  Where / How may I utilize this feature?  Can reports be generated showing the attribute?  I would LOVE and NEED the option to print Country of Origin on labels, so I have added "Country" that as an attribute!  I hand write everyone right now.  Thank you!
