Meta for Business Integration Error

Hello All

I am in need of some help. I have been trying to sync my Meta for Business in Square for days now and it keeps saying that I have an integration already in place. I have went though all of Square and Meta to remove all integrations and it still will not connect. I called Square and they have said they don't see any problems on there end (Hence it is the platform not connecting). As for Meta, well how do you even connect with a live representative (is that even possible). I want to be able to have my catalog show up on my Facebook page for products to be sold. 

 

Anyone have any advice, experience, knowledge, etc on how to sold this issue? 

I'm about ready to give Square the boot and move to Shopify.

I'm not sure if this will help, but when I go to Commerce Manager in Meta, then choose Catalog > Data Sources, I have Square listed as an app with all 69 products and the status.  I did originally try to integrate as a Pixel, but could not get that working, so that Pixel integration is sitting there with 0 products (I should probably delete it).  But the "Square as an app" which is updated from the Square dashboard through Sales Channel seems to work for me.

Yes, I had an old manual catalog in Meta but deleted it as I have been going through trying to figure out this integration. The Square Sales Channel is where it will not allow me to connect.

Yeah, I eventually got mine connected, but it has never worked properly. It still shows products that were sold out ages ago 😞 I probably should turn the whole thing off until I get my Shopify site set up. I've given up on Square - too many issues.
