How do you best create a link or QR for a retail store to pay you out for sales made in their store?

Ok, so I have some of my merchandise in someone's retail space. My items have a square QR code to self-pay, this QR is an item specific QR, so I have different ones throughout the store for each item. Those payment will go directly to me. If a customer would rather checkout at the register, they will use a store square reader, owner has asked us to send her our square info so she can then transfer us our sales to our square acct, however I can't figure out how to do this part. I saw the many different ways to take payments, ie..donations, one time payment, sell, and virtual link or something like that. I cannot make a QR code like the one for my merchandise because those require a specific amount$. The only option I thought would make sense was the link to take donations because then she could choose the amount she's sending me (my sales) in this case. But I'm wondering how donations will affect taxes? HELPPPP PLZZZ.

I want to make sure we are on the same page. Whenever you use the QR code, the funds are going to your bank account - correct?

Which account is logged into the Square Register? If it's under your account, then nothing needs to be transferred.
