Hello all! Hopefully I’m not the only one who is having or has had difficulty figuring this out. But I refunded a customer, and they chose to receive refund via e-gift card. So they repurchased about half of the previous order, and paid with the e-gift card..but that payment is not showing up in my square banking, and wasn’t automatically sent to my bank account. I can see the original payment, I can see the refund, and I can see the repurchase using the e-gift card…but where is the money in my square app??
It might’ve been finished after your regular daily cutoff for deposit. If it’s showing up in your transaction record as a sale then the money will show up
