I have used Fivver on a couple of occasions, and have been able to get several thousands to my website. Unfortunately...there were no resulting sales.
I take my wares to Highland Games (I make Celtic jewelry) so that people can see and feel the quality. That results in immediate sales as well as website sales.
Make sure that your key words, SERO and other details are in order.

I'm in the same boat. I've had someone from Fiverr working on my website for two weeks. Traffic is going up, yet zero sales. I know my product isn't the issue because I resell top name brands in my field of industry. I wonder if there's some technical issue, but there doesn't seem to be. One thing I am finding though, is that there a lots of issues with my page on Google search. Have you linked everything to Google Search Console? That could at least tell you if there are issues with showing up in Google Search results.
