Last year, I coached a few small businesses in Australia. I noticed that the businesses had spent far too much time on tedious marketing activities like growing reviews, answering reviews, running social channels, converting sales, etc.
I have been obsessed with building tech startups since a young age, and I was inspired to build something helpful. So together with my co-founders, we spent the last 18 months coding, and the end result was a next-gen AI app that performs the role of a dedicated marketing assistant for business owners. The app integrates directly with Square.
In a nutshell, it does the followings:
- Automatically collects Google reviews after a customer pays an invoice via Square.
- Automatically showcase the best reviews on your websites and social channels each week.
- Answer Google reviews on your behalf.
- Run social marketing on your behalf.
- Move you up in Google business listing.
- Run customer referral campaigns on your behalf (in beta)

Hi there, it sends review requests via both email & SMS after the order is paid.
Hi @tam-rvc, i saw your post on the fb square user group and starting testing amazely. What i can say is that you guys have done an amazing job and the software is beautiful however i still havnt managed to get the square review requests to work. I saw its triggered by sales in square pos or appointments and have done test transactions from both to no avail. I would really love the automatic review requests

I clicked on the preview link but after entering my business name the pop up said I didn’t have a Google business profile. But I do. So I couldn’t go any further.
Hi @Lisa3002 - It's possible that Google has not indexed your business. It could be because your GMB profile is new or it doesn't have an address listed.
In that case, you can skip the preview and sign in the app first. It will find your correct GMB based on your Google account. You can sign in the app via https://app.amazely.co

Hi tam-rvc, I also have integrated Amazely into my Square account and find that it is not sending review requests upon purchases. The only action I have seen it perform is to make social media post of previous reviews (pre-amazely).
I would love to have the full integration and consider it a valuable service - is there any support that can remedy the issue?
