I am a full 50% partner for a retail business. Before our account switched to Square Plus I had full access to all reports and item library using my phone app and I had full access to all functions on the terminal in store. Now I not only don't have full terminal access but I don't have the current item library, while I can take a credit card payment on the phone app, the sale does not show up on any reports and I cannot access reports using the phone app. No one in customer service can help me. I was just told that Square does not support both partners having access as owners. Is this true and what can I do to get this fixed quickly?
